Bhakti Yoga is the yoga of divine love and devotion. This class will emphasize deepening the connection between breath and movement using a wide range of yogic tools and techniques. The heart, body, and mind will be nurtured through guided meditation, pranayama, japa (chanting of mantra) and a flowing asana sequence. Chakra Flow Yoga
Chakra Flow Yoga is a Vinyasa class focusing on the movement of prana, vital energy, through the key energy channels of the body. It begins with the root in grounded postures and builds as it progressively visits the expressions of each of the 7 chakras. This class emphasizes creative movement and exploration on the mat. Designed for all levels and experience.
Exploratory Movement
A well-rounded class for all ages and skill levels, to introduce the basic principles of Mat Pilates. Focus is on breathe, balance, control, and strength.This back-to-basics class incorporates a fitness awareness that you can translate into a personal workout and home exercise.
Gentle & Restorative Yoga
Designed for those who prefer a class less vigorous than Traditional Hatha Yoga I. It includes gentle stretches and breathing as well as movements designed to increase range of motion and increase energy. This class is ideal for students who have chronic symptoms such as muscle/joint pain, stiffness, weakness or fatigue as well as those students seeking a relaxing yoga class to restore their mind, body and spirit.
Intro to Yoga Nidra
Our Intro to Yoga Nidra group class is a 45 minute class created to introduce the practice of yogic sleep. Yoga Nidra is an ancient meditation practice which allows participants to enjoy complete physical, mental, and emotional relaxation while exploring the deeper layers of the subconscious and unconscious mind bringing an incredible calmness,quietness and clarity to the practitioner. The class will consist of introductory information followed by approximately 25 minutes of actual Yoga Nidra, followed by an open forum for questions and additional information.
Kripalu Yoga
Re-energize with a variety of foundational asanas, longer holds and pranayama. Build heat in the body, lengthen tight muscles, reconnect to your breath and explore familiar postures in new ways. Pilates Mat I
This is a quicker paced class than Exploratory Movement, and will continue to reinforce those basic principles. We will begin to explore the various progressions of beginner exercises as you discover yourself in a new light through movement. This class is for all-ages. We recommend having taken an intro class (Exploratory Movement) or be comfortable with basic Pilates principles and movements.
Pilates Mat II
This is a higher level class for the regular Pilates goer which will further expand the range of exercise. Each class will have a deeper focus and explore more in depth the foundation principles. Participants should be comfortable with a quicker paced class, and ready to explore the full realm of Pilates based exercise.
Power Pilates
Power Pilates is a dynamic and energizing new way to strengthen your legs and core. Challenge your balance, core strength and endurance as you move briskly through the entire mat sequence of 45+ exercises in this 1-hour class. We focus on the basic principles at work in the Pilates method: abdominal control, breathing, concentration, centering, precision, posture and basic body awareness are emphasized. Weights, props and standing work may all be included.
Power Yogilates Fusion
Work up a sweat as you get into the best shape of your life. This 75 minute class focuses on balance, strength and flexibility by working the core through the principles of Pilates, while integrating power Yoga poses.
Each class combines Pilates mat exercises with brisk yoga flow intervals. Continuously alternating between core training and strength delivers faster toning and fitness results. You’ll leave class feeling lengthened, toned, and refreshed!

Sunday Soul Revival Yoga
Don’t fight it, feel it! Come revive your soul with some vinyasa yoga paired with classic (and contemporary) soul music. ’60s soul music was all about respect, love, and telling it like it was. In this body-rocking class, we’ll stick to those principles by feeding our own soul the respect, love, and honesty it deserves. We’ll combine flowing movement with juicy asanas, exploring arm balances, inversions, backbends, and deep hip openers. Come prepared for a challenging, but relaxed and playful class. Most importantly, come prepared to listen to your soul– if that means enjoying some tunes in an hour-long sivasana, that works too!
Sunrise Prana Flow Yoga I/II

Traditional Hatha I/II
A beautiful class focused on calming the mind and surrendering the ego through a level one Hatha Raja Yoga sequence. The asana, pranayama and meditation practice included are perfectly designed to purify the mind and body, and prepare students for discovering their connection with their true self. The intention of this class is to create a collective yet personal experience through the ancient science of yoga and offers variations and modifications incorporated to adapt to each students level.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
A rhythmic Vinyasa yoga class, in which movement is synchronized to the breath and integrates smooth transitions between poses that become a dance and are created to make your body languid. Sun salutations are a staple here and inhales and exhales are your beat of the heart. You will be instructed in movement from one pose to the next, moving with new found freedom through breath.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga delves below the muscular tissue and targets the connective tissue – fascia, ligaments, bones, and even joints – by holding poses for anywhere from 3 to 15 minutes. This practice will mainly consist of floor poses targeting the hips, pelvis, thighs, and lower spine. Bringing extra strength and flexibility to these joints and allowing your chi to flow more evenly as you experience a deeper since of calm and lower stress levels. Yin is a perfect complement to a more heated (yang) practice and busy everyday life styles.
Yogi Kids
For ages 5-9, our Yogi Kids classes are alive with flowing sequences, balancing poses, breathing exercises, and creative relaxation techniques. The children will explore yoga poses, breathing exercises, and visual imagery through theme activities, storytelling, music, and art to engage lessons in self-expression, body image, social skills, positive thinking, and environmental awareness. Duration: 45 minutes ~ $11/class
